Satisfaction Guarantee

We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied as part of our satisfaction guarantee and under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to return any of your items for a refund in full.

To do this please let us know within 7 working days of receiving your order.

All items will need be in their original packaging and unused and the cost of returning any unwanted items will be at your expense.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of unwanted personalised items, perishables, or jewellery as part of this guarantee.

In the unlikely that any of your goods arrive damaged or are faulty we will arrange a replacement or refund for you and reimburse the cost of returning the items.

This satisfaction guarantee does not affect any further statutory rights you have under Sales of Goods Act or The Distance Selling Regulations.
